Mein Ziel ist es, Ihre Lebensqualität nachhaltig zu steigern und Ihnen den Spass an der Bewegung zurückzugeben.

I'm a physiotherapist with more than 20 years of experience, including an extensive training in manual therapy, but also Osteopathy, Functional Kinetics, Fascial Treatment, Massage, Dry Needling and Triggerpointtreatment.
Working with a full-body-approach I aime to find and adress the roots of underlying processes, that keep you from regaining your strenght and your joy of doing what you want to.

Ich selbst arbeite montags und donnerstags ganztags.
Meine Kolleginnen Nicole und Sabrina, mit denen ich "Hand in Hand" arbeite, sind dienstags und freitags für Sie da. Mittwochs ist unsere Praxis geschlossen.
Allgemeine Physiotherapie und manuelle Lymphdrainage sind Leistungen der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen und werden via ärztliche Verordnung direkt abgerechnet.
Sie können auch als Selbstzahler kommen - pro halbe Stunde verrechne ich Ihnen CHF 65,-
Opening hours and prices
I work on mondays and thursdays the full day.
My Colleagues Nicole and Sabrina, with whom I work "Hand in Hand" will be there for you on tuesdays and fridays. On wednesdays we are closed.
Physiotherapy and Lymphatic Drainage with prescription by a doctor are parts of your swiss health injurance and will be balanced directly with your injurance company.
You can also book an appointment without prescription and pay it cash or by TWINT
